Estate Shiraz 2010

2010 vintage was a relatively cool growing season, which helped preserve acidity and produce wines with a good sense of balance. This Shiraz offers wonderful dark fruit flavours of blackberry, plum, and cherry supported by subtle pepper, clove and anise spice characters. Soft tannins, primary fruit flavours, fine acidity and earthy notes persist in a long compelling finish.

Chefs’ Pairing Suggestion:
